Anguk Station

The best way to explore Bukchon is slowly and quietly

For a respectful Bukchon visit, start at Anguk Station Exit 3 after 10:00, stop at Bukchon Traditional Culture Center, and spend about 2.5 to 3.5 hours walking around Gyedong-gil, public hanok spaces, and Jeongdok Library. Tourists may not enter the red zone around Bukchon-ro 11-gil from 17:00 to 10:00 the next day, so visit quietly during permitted daytime hours.
