Nokdong, Gwangju: check the return train first
Search Nokdong Station, Gwangju, not Nokdong Port. Check the Pyeongdong-bound return before deciding how long to walk outside the station.
With a timed booking later, do not guess service intervals. If the return does not fit, skip the terminus visit and turn back earlier, for example at Sotae.

Before boarding for Nokdong
Use Gwangju Transportation Corporation’s Nokdong timetable for your day and both directions. Ask staff “녹동까지 가나요?” and “돌아오는 열차는 언제인가요?” Skip the extension if the return does not fit.

Nokdong passenger area
Observe station signs, destination displays and boarding from passenger areas. Tracks, depots and staff passages are not visitor areas. Do not miss the return train for a photograph.

Your return train towards the city
Board for your confirmed departure; plan food or exhibitions separately at the next destination. Do not rely on nearby lockers or food, or extend a walk into private or cultivated land.
